Red Pepper and Sun-dried tomato dip

Red peppers is filled with heart healthy cayenne, a potent anti-inflammatory and metabolism enhancer.

2 red peppers, roasted and seeded

1 can chick peas drained

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

1 glove garlic, minced

½ lemon juiced

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. chili powder (optional)

¼ cup olive oil


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
